Coaching

How it works

Coaching is a collaborative model designed to help you create a sense of agency in the world. As your coach, I’m in your corner as a thought partner helping you to discover what’s right for you. Together, we will create a map where there are no maps, hone your craft, skills and abilities, and prepare you for opportunities that come your way. I will inspire you, support you, and keep you accountable to your goals.

My personalized approach means I meet you where you are and hold compassionate, safe, thought-provoking, playful, and productive space for you. I listen deeply, intuitively, and objectively, synthesizing and reflecting back what’s essential for your growth and facilitating the design of value-based goals that help you step into possibility and harness your potential.
